BOSTON, June 13, 2018 (GLOBE NEWSWIRE) -- GSX Solutions today announced the availability of GSX Gizmo, its end-user experience monitoring and reporting solution for Microsoft Office 365 on Azure Marketplace and Microsoft AppSource. Thanks to GSX Gizmo for Microsoft Office 365, enterprise IT can now clearly measure the service they really deliver to end user locations, prevent and troubleshoot performance issues, and ensure best in class Office 365 service delivery in cloud or hybrid cloud environments.
“GSX Gizmo employs robot users to experience an Office 365 deployment exactly as a human user would, delivering facts to IT admins and service managers that can help them anticipate and solve any potential performance issue,” said Gary Steere, CTO of GSX Solutions.
GSX Gizmo for Office 365 also gives a clear visibility on the health of everything that can impact the service delivery, preventing fingerpointing across IT departments and reducing mean-time to repair.
GSX Gizmo for Office 365 provides service delivery monitoring for full cloud or hybrid deployment of Microsoft Exchange, SharePoint, OneDrive, Skype for Business, and any on-premises components (such as Azure Active Directory Connect and Active Directory FS) that participate in the delivery of the service to the end users.
