In order to focus actively on this region and support customers in their IT projects, GSX Solutions has expanded its exposure thanks to high expertise partners such as Go-it based in Australia. Together with the team we chose to exhibit at CeBIT Australia and explain how we can leverage the migrations IT projects by lowering their overall related costs. Gavin Griffiths, Managing Director at GO-it Group agreed on sharing his first thoughts during CeBIT.
What do you think about CeBIT this year?
CeBIT is the top ranked IT Event in Australia and the pacific region, which attracts a broad cross section of 4,000 IT users, managers and C level attendees over 3 days. With more than 34,000 attendees, leaders of innovation in enterprise mobility, Cloud computing, eGovernment, cyber security, big data and business intelligence we had the chance to discuss with major IT companies from Australia and overall APAC region.
How many times did you attend CeBIT?
This is now the third time I have attended CeBIT Australia and it is always a great experience from both business and learning perspectives with a bunch of experts in that field. Again one of the top themes this year was the Future of Cloud computing and according to CeBIT “90% of the population now use Cloud services (for example via Facebook, Google or Amazon)” but only “around a third still think this technology relates in some way to real weather conditions”. Cloud is of course a main focus for Go-it as we have several solutions to support companies in moving their applications in the Cloud including of course GSX Solutions.
