We in GSX are very very excited to welcome Tim Clark to the GSX Team. Tim joins us after many many years in a customer, technical and business partner enablemnent roles in IBM.
Tim is joining GSX as Technical Services Manager and as such shall be responsible for co-ordinating the Pre and Post Sales technical support teams. In GSX we value our customers and constantly strive to improve our customer communications and services. The team are delighted to have Tim join us and we are excited by the possibilities for continued improvement that adding someone as customer focused and dedicated as Tim will enable.
As the dept manager I cannot tell you how excited I am, the existing team is already incredibly dedicated , focused and customer driven. The addition of someone as driven a Tim to an already focused team offers exciting possibilities for driving customer care in GSX to even higher levels.
On a personal note.. I've worked with Tim for years and he is an active member of the community.. we all know Tim from partipicating in LUG's and other IBM and community events. I'm really looking forward to working with someone like Tim who is a dynamic, respected and liked member of the community.
