Server statistics – Hardware performance statistics, disk space, CPU utilization etc.
System Statistics – Statistics relevant to the system being monitored, i.e. no of meetings created in Sametime, number of dead mail in domino and exchange mail servers, number of emails routed etc.
Custom statistics – Statistics unique to GSX that we have developed with our customers (Availability in business hours, availability with maintenance, availability outside of maintenance etc).
Scenario Statistics – We take a common scenario and automate it and repeat it. How long does it take to send an email to a BES Device? How long does it take to replicate a document?
Cluster Statistics – If you servers are clustered, the unavailability of one server in the cluster may not impact on the level of service that your customer is experiencing. Not only do we monitor individual servers, we also monitor how they are performing as a cluster.
