Outsourcing

For organizations that are looking to supplement internal resources with consulting and integration services, MSA offers experienced and certified IT professionals to round out a customer's in-house staff. Service contracts can be structured to cover a client's entire infrastructure or provide support on an as-needed, time and material basis. Contracts range from normal business hours to 24 x 7, around-the-clock support.

Web Hosting

MSA offers up-to-date technology to create, maintain, and host your website. Our designers will work with you to create a site that compliments your area of business. Using our content management system will enhance your corporate communication plans for disaster recovery and other important announcements that must travel through your company immediately. Hosting your site at MSA will also provide you with access to our complete IT services, which include, but are not limited to, firewall security, an in-house staff of web developers, a disaster recovery backup system to ensure no loss of site information and IT professionals who work around the clock to keep your site live on the web at all times.

Hardware Agreements

MSA provides hardware maintenance of computer systems and peripherals under both contract and time and material formats. MSA's technicians are qualified, certified, and experienced at carrying out repairs on all types of systems, servers and computers. Safeguarding your existing data is our first concern and every measure is taken to preserve and protect it. MSA records past problems and utilizes the knowledge gained to address new and/or recurring problems on new machines.

We offer three types of hardware maintenance agreements, each of which provides parts, labor and on-site service, billable monthly or annually. The difference is in the coverage and desired response time. You can select a maintenance agreement to meet your specific requirements:

- 8 a.m. to 5 p.m., Monday through Friday

- Same day 24 x 7 continuous coverage

- Contracted 2, 4 or 8 hour response

Agreements include up to two preventive maintenance on-site service calls per year. We also provide depot services.
  • Block of Hours

    A block of hours is often the ideal solution to your computing repair needs. Priced according to your needs, this program provides an additional 1 hour of free telephone support per month and is available from 8:00 a.m. - 5:00 p.m., Monday through Friday.

  • Blocks of Hours May Be Used for:

    • Hardware repair
    • Desktop support
    • IMAC (Installations, Moves, Adds, Changes) for system installation, network upgrades, configuration and project roll outs


  • Depot Service

    Depot service is provided to all our clients who prefer to bring their systems, PCs, printers, terminals, etc. into the shop. Available during normal business hours, our certified engineers will provide quick, personal and friendly service.

  • Time & Material

    "As-needed" requirements can be done on a time and material basis.
