Northside Bank Moving Into The Future

(MSA) to upgrade its technology infrastructure so that future communication plans, data growth and regulatory requirements can be accommodated easily and cost effectively. As the result of its collaboration with MSA, NorthSide Bank now utilizes state-of-the-art technology in all of its branches to provide better service to its customers. The servers and workstations have been standardized on the most stable and secure system of Windows XP and Windows Server 2003, which has more powerful management and backup tools and will considerably reduce administration time and expenses. MSA's solution prepares NorthSide Bank for the requirements of today and the demands of tomorrow. MSA's Information Technology Systems and Services team analyzed the technology needs of NorthSide Bank and offered their "One Call" Services, which include not only the upgrade of NorthSide's IT infrastructure, but also the ongoing support/partnership for their entire network.
