  MSA Names Ronny Bindra Senior Vice President, IMS Division

PITTSBURGH, PA - June 13, 2002 - Jatinder (Ronny) Bindra, former Executive Vice President of Business, Product and Technology Development for the NFO World Group of Greenwich, CT, has been named Senior Vice President of Information Management Solutions, a division of Management Science Associates, Inc. (MSA). The announcement was made today by William Whitlatch, President of MSA's IMS Division. Headquartered in Pittsburgh, MSA has been a pioneer in marketing analysis and systems development.

"Mr. Bindra will be headquartered in MSA's Manhattan office in New York, Mr. Whitlatch said. With more than 15 years of experience in business analytics, data management and systems design and development, Mr. Bindra will provide strategic consulting, information based solutions and overall account leadership to our key New York area clients. We are pleased to have Ronny join MSA and are looking forward to his contributions to our clients," Mr. Whitlatch concluded.

His experience includes more than 13 years with Information Resources, Inc., where he ultimately rose to the position of Senior Vice President, Region Manager Analytics Insights Group - Atlantic for that firm, managing annual revenue of $23 million from business solutions, marketing and sales consulting and more than 50 professionals. In May of 2000, he joined NFO World Group where he was responsible for business, product, and technology development including alliances and acquisitions.

A native of India, Mr. Bindra was graduated from St. Stephen's college, Delhi University, with B.A. Honors in History and Economics in 1982 and received his Bachelor of Law degree from Delhi's Campus Law Center in 1985. He also attended Manchester Business School of the University of Manchester, U.K. In 1987, Mr. Bindra received his M.B.A. from the Wharton School of the University of Pennsylvania.

He is a member of the Board of Directors of I-GYAN, a public charity dedicated to bringing Internet technology to rural communities around the world. Projects in India include the Indian Institute of Technology, Madras, MIT Media Lab, Harvard University Kennedy School of Government, and the Dhan Foundation.
