Management Science Associates, Inc. Pre-Qualified for Computer Services by the Pennsylvania State System of Higher Education PITTSBURGH, PA - May 12, 2006 - Management Science Associates, Inc. (MSA) has been awarded a Service Purchase Contract by the Pennsylvania State System of Higher Education (PASSHE) under the terms of ITQ #2004-IT-04, a multiple awards contract for computer/electronic equipment and services. This award enables MSA to join a pool of pre-qualified vendors and opens the door for it to respond to Request For Quotes (RFQs) issued by member universities. With more than 107,000 students, the Pennsylvania State System of Higher Education is the largest provider of higher education in the Commonwealth. The 14 PASSHE Universities offer more than 250 degree and certificate programs in more than 120 areas of study. More than 405,000 PASSHE alumni live and work in Pennsylvania.
