describe the imageThanks to everyone who joined Jean-François PIOT last week to see our new module, GSX Usage Metrics. This powerful module allows you to get usage statistics of your Notes to create custom groups of users and track mail consumption.

GSX Usage Metrics is available as an additional module to GSX Monitor and Analyzer, and it remains totally out-of-the-box and agentless. Together with GSX Analyzer, this module allows you to optimize infrastructure and costs in seconds.

During this webinar, we looked at the key features of GSX Usage Metrics and see their value added within an organization with Lotus Notes. Click here to watch the podcast.

Key features of GSX Usage Metrics:

  • Manage the usage of your email environment categorized by users, custom groups of users (based on any Domino Directory field filter) and server levels.
  • Collect usage statistics, such as mail statistics (number and size of email sent and received), mailbox statistics (mailbox size), the number of inactive users; and obtain usage statistics at the user level.
  • Identify your VIP users, lists and group of users. Pay only for the number of users and types of users you want.
  • Create automatic reports using all statistics and indicators available and give custom access to the reporting platform.
