Being Green at Lotusphere
We are all preparing for Lotusphere 2012 next week in Orlando. While I am assuming that we have spoken on our projects with all of you, there is one thing I want to stress: there will be a very small amount of brochures on our booth.
This is unusual and counter-intuitive but honselty, take two minutes and ask yourself whether you really keep and read all these papers which vendors like us give you and wheter you do not throw them away at the end of the day.
This represents a huge waste. So anyone who wants to take some information on our products is welcome to leave with a USB key which can be reused for work (ok or else ...).
We will see the outcome but I can already forecast that this is the last year and the last major tradeshow where we are going to waste environment ressources.
PS: yes, the bald guy with glasses on the top right is me ...
